TAKING PART

A maximum of three prizes may be won per person in the course of the promotion. Additional wins will not be fulfilled and the prize will be entered back into the available prize pool.

This offer is limited to one Barcode entry per household per day.

You will be automatically contacted if you have won a prize, so you don't need to do anything.

For tier one prize winners, a member of the Whaoo! Marketing team will get in touch with you to organise and despatch your prize within 28 working days of your win being verified.

For tier two winners, you will receive your prize via Second Class Packet Post to the address the win is registered to within 28 working days.

Tier three winners, will receive a voucher to the address the win is registered to within 28 working days.

Details on how to enter are located on all promotional labels of Whaoo! Crêpes. In order to take part in this promotion participants should follow the steps noted below:

  1. Purchase a Promotional pack of Whaoo! Crêpes from a participating retailer. Subject to availability. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase may be required for prize validation.
  2. The product will have a 13-digit Barcode starting on the outside of the promotional pack. 
  3. Go to www.winwithwhaoo.com and input your first name, last name and email address.
  4. You will be required to enter your pack Barcode and will instantly be informed if you have won a prize.

Whaoo! can be purchased at major retailers including but not limited to:

Co-op, Morrisons, Asda and Ocado.

BARCODE AND INTERNET ISSUES

If your entry to the competition was successful, you will be sent an email to the email you used to enter on whether you have won a prize or not. If the problem persists then please get in touch with customerservices@winwithwhaoo.com who will be able to assist you.

Get in touch with customerservices@winwithwhaoo.com who will check whether or not there is a win associated with the details you provided. If you are a winner, you will be awarded your prize.

Ensure you are entering the correct code. Your Barcode is a 13-digit code located on the product packaging. The Barcode is 13 digits and made up of numbers. If you are still having trouble entering, get in touch with customerservices@winwithwhaoo.com who will be able to assist you.

From time to time, we may share entrants'; personal data with our agents / representatives to assist with administering the promotion, contacting entrants and prize fulfilment (as necessary) in line with the Data Protection Act 2018.

Yes. You can still enter the competition if you don't accept the marketing terms.
